And we're off--to the airport, then to the hospital to have blood drawn for tomorrows chemo. Then, turn in the prescriptions, and THEN back to take over at the gym for Professor, while he's out east to see his beautiful kids.

Seems to be a frequent dialog as of late... BIG DAY today! My 10 day chemo follow-up and PET Scan results! I predict PB has been punked!

I will be keeping you updated the best I can. My sincerest LOVE for everyone!

Pet scan preliminary results and more. Listening to Donna Summer's "HOT STUFF" and dancing in my chonies!!!!! Man-we ain't "out of the woods" completely but I can see the edge of the forrest and we are closing in fast!

Happy day peeps! Harry Potter was OUTSTANDING last night. We had a great time!

We're gearin' up for chemo again. We got "moved up" two days, so we'll be in there on Tuesday. This will be good  'ol number 5. Feeling blessed and ready!

Saturday-November 20, 2010 shall be another kick a$$ day. Fight team this morning and then some studio fun around 11:00. Going to see my TKD instructor at 4:30 and then down to celebrate my good friend Sarah's 50th birthday.

Nine years ago today was one of the greatest days of my life. I have to have three greatest days: the day Lance was born, the day Madison was born, and the day I married my beautiful, rockin' wife, Jax.

Happy Birthday to my favorite little buddy. Lancing Kreple you are a GIANT bundle of LOVE on this crazy planet. We love you soooo very much and are so proud of you!

Life here is great, but, news is filtering in this morning from several other people telling of the serious challenges for them. Good Morning loved ones... Looks to be a spectacular day this morning. Lance and I were up most of the night, he has a cough and a sniffly nose.

I feel awesome, but will certainly have my daily allowance of all cold fighting viggie-vitie-vegimens.

Cold and windy, but we have a trailer full of firewood, which equals manywarm nights in front of the fireplace. (While I learn my new phone, of course.)

Good morning... I am so excited for today! First we are going to draw the winner for the Gin Blossoms autographed guitar and then head down for my PET Scan at 11:15. We will not hear the results until Monday for the scan but I trust GREAT news will be the flavor of the day.

Happy Saturday! Privileged to be here with you all again, Thank YOU!

Makin a trip down to Los Angeles today and then over to Thousand Oaks to spend some time with friends, and to enjoy great food. Most certainly will be a marvelous day.

Had a scare with a fever and some minor bleeding from the "exit only" area ;). Went to the ER last night, they ran their tests and after about four hours we were released and sent home. phewww!'!'!'!' Which leads into tomorrow and Chemo! 'OL number 4 of 6! Let's rock this mutha! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Everybody together now... 1-2-3...F O U R! Rockin the Chemo today. Had a great workout last night and feelin the effects this mornin'. Getting punched in the face a little, and punch the other guy in the face A LOT. Thanks for all your support through this last little scare, it means more than you'll ever know.

Good Day all, Chemo went very well. We did the drugs in a different order which I didn't really care for. Seemed to take forever. A big shout out to JAX for gettin it all done. Man-she does so much for us.

Preparing for Lance's 9th birthday. It's Sunday, but we be partyin' tomorrow. Proud of Lance and Madi through all this nasty business. I know it's been tough. I love you kids so much!!!!!!

Another very busy day today. We're off to the hospital today for labs, and then, getting Jax to the airport for some much needed R & R. A week in Vermont with family and friends should be just the ticket.

Well, so far, so GOOD! Jax got off last night NO PROBLEMS!

Lance and I are already missing her. ♥

Labs came back GREAT, all my numbers and kidney function came back beautifully. My doctors are very happy. They ordered my CT Scan and a PET Scan. What that means is very possibly a clean bill of health. Man, I cry just thinking about that.

Word of the Day is "CLEAN". ♥

Hey ya'll... no explosions, fires or locked doors! Lance and I are missin Momma, but no mishaps so far!

Lance booked another Walmart commercial!

Off to the valley this morning. then on to the hospital to make my CT and PET scan appointments. Busy busy busy. Stayin focused! Word of the Day is "MEMORIES". ♥

I have fight practice this morning and it looks like a day in the studio. UFC 121 tonight with a BIG title fight for Brock Lesnar.

I love the Fall weather change AND I get to dust of the fuzzy crocs AND have fires in the fireplace. Had our first fire last night.

Magz came over and hung out for a bit. NO FEAR~live with confidence and... LOVE. We'll all be ok... Word of the Day is "STELLAR". ♥
